Features: FamilySays is a pay network that can be used as a family communication tool. There are two membership levels one for $5 a month and one for $30 a month. The difference is the amount of authors you can have on account, the total amount of photo storage, and access to a calendar/address book.
Review: The feature set that this site includes and style of the presentation is flat out not worth the money that you are paying. There are other sites that fill this niche that you can get for free with better features or that you can pay for and get a complete feature set.
The feature set is just not very well rounded even if the site was free.
