A review of the Experience Project
Site: Experience Project

Members: ???
Features: I think the best way to explain the Experience Project is to take the description from the site.
Experience Project is the first social experience website where you can anonymously share the experiences and personal stories that matter most to you. Quickly build a network of supportive new friends who understand your life, while exploring over one million life experiences told first-hand by people just like you.
The site is feature rich with messages, stories, confessions, profiles, groups, blogs, games, and other community content. Groups are broken down to people that share the same experiences including loveless marriages, people suffering from depression, and cat lovers.
Review: There is a ton of activity on the site and it is really interesting to see how it is setup. There are so many features on the site that it is a tad bit overwhelming. When you are on your profile start page there is content along both sidebars that allow the user to stumble on different features and content. (I think it could be toned down a bit because frankly there is just too much there.)
The site sucks you in, I can’t say that it is something that I would personally use everyday but it drew me in and sucked away a few hours of my time.

Thanks for checking us out! We’ve connected literally millions of people through their shared life experiences. In the meanwhile, we’ve created a living archive of all that life has to offer– over 2 million experiences to date. It truly is an engrossing and powerful place, that’s a lot of fun to boot! Thanks again and congrats on a wonderful website of your own!
The troll population at your “engrossing site” is at monumental proportions while your own staff play mindgames with already mentally weak people for their own sick amusement. Your site is an unethical playground of mental abuse and harassment.
You are so right!! This is a haven for sick evil and angry people who harass others with no repercussions. They are allowed to use names and threaten. Facebook shuts down evil threatening sites while you seem to encourage them
It’s a fun site. There are a lot of stories and a lot of people. You can really find people who have been through the same things you have.
The downside is that there are a lot of strange people on the site. And none of them agree that some things are downright immoral. Post a confession about a dream you had about having sex with another woman, and every tranny, lesbian, and ill-conceived man on the site will tell you to go out and engage in lesbian sex. Post a story about being mistreated by your husband, and the inevitable reply is “divorce him”. Maybe this is a reflection of our society, but I hope it just means that a lot of the people on EP are just losers.
