Features: Jamendo is a music site where the music is all licensed through creative commons and people can download/pay for songs that they find. Artists are paid directly for each of the downloads on the site so it is a great way to support indie artists. This site has a much more world music view and has large following in many European countries.
Users can friend, message, and add people as well as write reviews and create playlists. The site has a strong and active community.
Review: I love the concept behind this site. The execution is pretty good although the look could improve. It has an active community on the site and there are a lot of users.
