Features: Artbreak allows users to sell their works and connect with other artists. The sales feature of the site is pretty standard; I don’t think that it is as advanced as the tools that are provided by some other art sites that I have previously reviewed.
You can fill out your profile, add friends, and subscribe to feeds to stay on top of what certain artists are doing. You can stay on top of all of this through your dashboard.
Review: In looking at the numbers it looks like the sites growth has been pretty stagnant. Comparing it to other sites in the niche that fill the same space Artbreak isn’t as robust or lively.
I like the left side navigation and having all the features for your account listed. But otherwise the site is rather pedestrian from a social networking site. The rotating art found on the front page and in other sections of the site is displayed in a vibrant manner.
Ultimately though there are just other sites in this genre that do what Artbreak does but better.
