Features: Talicious is another social network built around people showing off their talent. The site is mostly about rating various artwork that is produced. I checked out a few sections and the are basically pictures with a star rating and commenting system.
Users can fill out a profile, send messages, bookmark content, upload media, and participate in forums.
Reviews: Talicious was rated as one of the hottest startups in May 2007 and I would venture to bet the people that said that would like to get their comments back. The site is pretty much dying out traffic wise. The recent forums posts went to semi active around June to nothing until November. Content is hardly being uploaded at all and the site has had a massive downturn in traffic.
It seems like this entire niche is a failed idea that just can’t get off the ground.
